  1. Draw lines thro' B, E and D parallel to L1 and L2

Let CD make an angle y with the parallel lines and let EF make an angle x with the parallel lines

We can thus write 3 equations considering that 2 angles of a triangle add up to the exterior angle of the 3rd

    x + F = 140
    y + D = E + x
    B + (180 - 130) = C + y

    Adding the 3 equations we get x + y + B + D + F + 50 = C + E + x + y + 140
    From which 210 +50 = C + E + 140 so that

    C + E = 120
