Extend AB and DC to P. Extend EF to Q, (on DP)

Follows easily from the mid point theorem.
ReplyDeleteEF // AB & FG // CD
AB & CD cut at 60 so must EF & FG.
EF = AB/2 = CD / 2 = FG
So Tr. EFG is isocleles with an angle 60 so it must be equilateral
