    S1+S2+S(KMLJ)=S2+S4+S(KMLJ)=(a.b)/2=(b.a)/2

    S(ABE) = EH. AB/2 = EF.AD/2 = S(ADF)

    Now deduct S(JKLM) from both sides of the equation and the result follows
