    MA=BF=p-c
    DA=CG=p-b
    CH=BE=p-a
    all triangles have altitude r
    S1=S1'=0.5r(p-b)
    S2=S2'=0.5r(p-a)
    S3=S3'=0.5r(p-c)

    AD = CG = s - AC ...........(s = 1/2 perimeter)
    [IAD]= 1/2 . r . AD .......( r = inradius )
    [ICG]= 1/2 . r . CG .......( r = inradius )
    obviuos that [IAD] = [ICG]

    With the same way , can be proved that :
    [IBE]=[ICH]and [IBF]=[IAM]
